Tori Kelley, School Psychologist, TX License 33904
Tori Kelley serves as a public school psychologist in multiple districts across the state. With over 34 years of experience in education, she identified a pressing demand in the school system to evaluate and support students with behavioral issues, as well as the educators who teach them. The gap was evident as multiple school districts have sought to find solutions for their schools.
As the visionary behind Kelley Logistics & Solutions, Tori Kelley specializes in functional behavior analyses, behavior intervention plans, counseling for students with behavioral problems, and psychoeducational reports and assessments. She offers comprehensive plans and solutions that school districts across Texas are looking for.
Over the years, she has successfully collaborated with numerous school districts across the state, assisting in the evaluation and assessment of children of all ages.
Tori Kelley is not just a school psychologist, but also someone deeply committed to delivering high quality targeted services to schools in need of support. Balancing her professional commitments, she also spends time volunteering at her local animal shelter and prioritizes giving back to her community.

Tori earned her Master of Arts in psychology in 2006, with a specialization in School Psychology.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in education in 1997, and was awarded “Teacher of the Year” in 1999.
