I’m Tori.

I created Kelley Logistics & Solutions to support educators in providing school psychology services across the great state of Texas. I began my career in schools as a special education teacher and specialized in working with children with behavior disorders. I then served students as a school counselor, eventually transitioning into school psychology in 2006.

Providing support to schools who serve children with significant behavioral and emotional needs has always been a passion of mine. It’s my purpose to provide assistance to not only students, but also their teachers and other support personnel throughout their academic journey.

As a Licensed School Psychologist, I provide a variety of psychoeducational services to Texas school districts.
